Quality certification and social responsibility
We consistently advocate and uphold mainstream social values and business ethics, actively undertaking corporate social responsibility while creating value for society. All of our factories have passed social and quality certifications from world-renowned brands, as well as third-party certifications.
We champion a green environment and support sustainable development. For a long time, we have been sourcing sustainable raw materials, developing sustainable production technologies, creating sustainable products, and protecting the environment in all aspects. Currently, our sustainable products cover all garment fabrics and accessories, including fabrics, zippers, buttons, and plastic products.
Awarded by UN Women
Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) are a set of principles jointly launched by UN Women and the UN Global Compact in 2010 to guide businesses in promoting gender equality and empowering female employees in the workplace, markets and communities.
Jiangsu Sumida Textile International Trade Co., Ltd. has been awarded the UN Women China WEPs “Gender Inclusive Workplace Award”. This is the first time that a company within the Sinomach Group has received this award.
Inspection Center
SUMEC Textile Inspection Center covers an area of 8,000 square meters and is located in Shengze, Suzhou. It is dedicated to the professional inspection and integrated shipment of fabrics and accessories for Southeast Asian orders. It has more than ten advanced fabric and accessory inspection equipment and adopts internationally recognized inspection standards. The inspection items cover all external quality inspections of fabrics and accessories.
Test Center
The SUMEC Textile Testing Center covers an area of 230 square meters and is divided into a physical performance constant temperature and humidity testing laboratory, a washable appearance testing laboratory, and a grading room. It has over 50 sets of advanced testing equipment and adopts internationally recognized testing standards and methods, covering all textile fabric tests.
